I was really impressed with the customer service and quality of the products. I wanted some pearl jewellery that I can take travelling as I get very nervous taking my South Sea Pearls overseas. I’m not one to normally buy plated gold but I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and quality. I also messaged JL to help me find the right piece and they were very responsive and suggested a few necklaces that matched what I was looking for.
