Returns & exchanges
Every return travels twice and creates waste, so if a piece isn't quite you, we'd love you to gift it instead. Change-of-mind returns within 14 days are issued as store credit or a size exchange, and a $10 postage and handling fee applies (waived on your first store-credit return).
Earrings, sale items, custom pieces, 9k solid gold and gift cards can't be returned for change of mind.
