Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on orders over $100 AUD. Free international shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means any import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. For UK orders specifically, VAT and any applicable customs charges are assessed by UK customs authorities upon arrival and are payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are outside of our control.

Please note, International orders returned to us are subject to a $25 shipping fee plus a $10 restocking fee. This covers freight, packaging, processing, and product handling costs. These measures support reduced waste and more sustainable operations towards net-zero.
