Before you return
Every return travels twice, uses new packaging, and too often ends up in landfill. If a piece isn't quite you, we'd love you to consider giving it a second home instead.
- Gift it. Your piece arrives ready to give, and someone you love will treasure it.
- Restyle it. Try it layered, stacked or on the other wrist. Our care and styling guide has ideas.
- Wrong size? Check our size guide. Many chains can be lengthened with an extender rather than sent back.
Faulty or incorrect piece
We're so sorry. Email hello@jacquelineleejewellery.com with your order number, a photo and a short description, and we'll make it right, including return postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Still need a change-of-mind return or exchange?
Email hello@jacquelineleejewellery.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging, and change-of-mind returns are offered as store credit or an exchange. A small postage and handling fee may apply, and some pieces aren't eligible.
